Aaditya Chandrasekhar

Postdoctoral Scientist, Argonne National Laboratory

I'm a postdoc at Argonne National Labs, working on physics integrated machine learning techniques for X-ray imaging at the Advanced Photon Sources

I have a PhD in mechanical engineering from UW Madison. Advised by Krishnan Suresh,  my research primarily focused on physics constrained machine learning, primarily for design optimization. Along these lines, I've worked on algorithms for optimizing material selection during design, design representation using neural networks and imposing manufacturing constraints in design optimization.

I was a PhD resident at Google X, working on an undisclosed project related to inverse design of photonic devices.
